Navigating Con Edison's Non-Network PV interconnection process is one of the most common points of failure in NYC commercial solar. We help clients understand the circuit pre-application process and avoid projects likely to trigger expensive grid upgrade requirements.
We work with a network of licensed NYC commercial solar installation firms and can facilitate introductions, coordinate site assessments, and help owners evaluate competing proposals on an apples-to-apples basis.
Buildings over 25,000 square feet in NYC are subject to Local Law 97 carbon penalties beginning in 2024. We review whether your building has current or projected LL97 exposure and whether solar offsets are a viable mitigation strategy.
